1. Booking Usage

Users must provide accurate information
Once a booking is submitted, it cannot be edited
Users must cancel and create a new booking if changes are needed

2. Deposit Payments (If Applicable)

Certain services may require a deposit
Deposits are non-refundable unless approved by the Company
Refunds in emergency cases are at Company discretion

3. Cancellations

Users should cancel in advance when possible
Repeated abuse may result in service refusal

4. Data Accuracy

The Company is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect user information.
